    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at USAM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our branch in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position with a focus on executive-level leadership.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • More than 10 years of experience in executive-level roles, preferably in the IT sales industry
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent knowledge of B2B sales and corporate account management
    • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
    • Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
    • Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze sales data
    • Good understanding of IT products and software solutions
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the branch operations, including sales, finance, and customer service
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and business objectives
