- Plan & execute appropriate Off-boarding process for all types of exits (Voluntary & In-voluntary) in the organization. Department clearances, FnF calculation, working with payroll team & other departments for smooth exit process.
- Maintaining real time Attrition Report and responsible for providing various MIS/reports like Exit report, FnF report & other reports related to Off-boarding.
- Managing Absconding process, ID termination & release of appropriate disciplinary letters to absconded employees
- Liaising with HRBPs & Legal team for legal initiation for recoveries from ex-employees
- Gratuity form filling, release of provisional relieving letter & exit letters for all clear exit cases,
- Providing monthly Payroll Inputs for exiting employees
- Support governance groups across HR Services and handling Employee lifecycle process data management as required
- Supporting internal/external Audits and providing necessary artifacts based on the requirement.
- Managing GSD tickets for Re-hire inputs and for assigned tasks and follow ups, and issue resolution to closure.
- Managing location transfer inputs in an internal system, responding queries related to internal movements.
