    Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier 1 Vendors, Vendors & clients

    Hands on business development wherein adding up the vendors to the account and coordinating with them.

    Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. and also other networking Methods.

    Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting industry.

    Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants(all kinds of skills and Visas )

    Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e. From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.

    Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.

    Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.

    Ability to do H1 Transfers Marketing.

    Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).

    Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Must have 8+ years of bench Sales experience

    Proven record of individual contribution and busniess development.

    Must have good communication skills and negotiation skills

    Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

    Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.

    Excellent phone etiquette/professionalism and cold calling skills.
