    We areseeking an Intelligence Solutions Analyst to play a crucial role inthe administration enhancement and daytoday support of ourcuttingedge intranet platform LP Connect 3.0 based on SharePointOnline (projected to be launched Q This role is integral toour Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives aimed at ensuring ourintranet (and other KM systems) are dynamic efficient anduserfriendly resources.

    Reporting to the Knowledge Management Director the successfulcandidate will closely collaborate with the firms practice groupsand administrative departments to advance our KM strategy via theeffective design implementation and support of our newly launchedintranet and more generally our content management processes andcollaboration technologies to create better user experiences insupport of the firms continuous improvementefforts.

    Thisrole will also provide backup support for the other KM initiativessuch as experience management platforms legal automation/automateddocument drafting solutions extranet platforms and other KM systemsand platforms. Embracing a culture of service excellence this rolewill focus on enhancing user experience and customer servicealongside technical and operational responsibilities ensuring thefirms intranet meets the business needs and is supported by robustdata and content strategies.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • IntranetAdministration:Oversee the daytoday administration of LPs newly launched intranetLP Connect 3.0 ensuring its functionality user access and securityprotocols while serving as the primary support contact for theplatform across the firm.
    • ContentManagement:Lead the curation and management of daily content for LP Connect3.0 ensuring the intranets content remains current relevant andorganized according to firm standards. Collaborate with variouscontent managers throughout the firm assisting them in updatingmanaging and archiving their content effectively. Offer strategicinsights to refine the firm s content strategy managing the contentlifecycle from creation through toarchiving.

    SharePoint Development:Leverage your SharePoint experience to optimize intranetfunctionality managing workflows custom lists and libraries whilecoordinating with external vendors and providing knowledgeablesupport for contentrelated SharePoint configurations andintegrations. Provide SharePoint subject matter expertise tomaintain knowledge management repositories including StandardOperating Procedure documents calendars checklists workflows andpermissions.

    • UserSupport andTraining:Develop and deliver comprehensive intranet training and supportprograms to enhance user engagement and adoption including leadingdemos presentations trainings and workshops related to the newintranet features. Create and own the library of support resourcesand governance documentation including FAQs training guides andvideos policies and procedures. Foster effective adoption of our KMsystems and practices more generally across the firm.

    StakeholderCollaboration: Work with various departmentsto collect content requirements steer content strategy and ensurethe intranet effectively supports firmwide KMinitiatives.

    • ProcessImprovement:Continuously evaluate and enhance KM processes implementinginnovative solutions to streamline intranet functionality and userexperience to increase the intranet s value to thefirm.
    • AnalyticsandReporting:Harness analytics and reporting tools to monitor intranet usage andgather user feedback. Assess intranet engagement and functionalityproviding actionable insights to drive continuous improvement andstrategic decisionmaking for the firms KMefforts.
    • OtherKMSupport:Support various knowledge management and innovation projects andplatforms collaborating with teams to analyze complex ideas andarchitect meaningful recommendations. Supporting adhoc projects andother KM systems in particular those involving integration withSharePoint to ensure cohesive and efficient knowledge sharingacross thefirm.


    Requirements

    EssentialQualifications:

    • 5years of experience in intranet content management in a law firmcorporate legal department or professional services/consultingenvironment.
    • Demonstratedexpertise in SharePoint administration and development with astrong understanding of best practices in content management andintranetdesign.
    • Enthusiasmfor all forms of legal automation and technologysolutions.
    • Abilityto develop and deliver training programs with a strong emphasis onuser engagement andsupport.
    • Commitmentto exceptional client service and dedication to highqualitywork.
    • Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skills able to build relationshipsacross departments and with externalpartners.

    PreferredQualifications (but notnecessary):

    • Previousexperience in the legal sector such as roles as a paralegal orattorney or in legal operations knowledge management pricingstrategies or legal project management offering a deepunderstanding of the legal workflow and client serviceexcellence.
    • Experiencewith content management legal intelligence or other relevant KMtechnologies and/or platforms including Aderant HandshakeFoundation HotDocs iManage and CRMplatforms.
    • Familiaritywith change management principles and experience leading changeinitiatives related to technologyadoption.
    • Experiencewith advanced data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
    • Knowledgeof coding languages like HTML for enhancing intranet pages andworkflows.
    • Experiencein managing user experience (UX) design projects to improveintranet interfaces andinteractions.

    Required Skills/Experience 8+ years of progressive experience inHCL WebSphere Commerce v7, v8, v9, WebSphere Application Server,Rational Application Developer/Eclipse, DB2. Experience withmicroservices, containers, and Orchestration frameworks (K8S). 8+years of experience in Java J2EE Technology experiencespecifically: JSP, Servlet, EJB, AOP, JMS, Java Mail, SQL, JDBC,and Struts. Experience in working with Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, Akamai, etc. Knowledge of Headless architecture e.g. REACT/NodeJS / GraphQL Open source API knowledge (Apache, ant, axis,commons, Unit, xerces) Experience with jQuery, jQuery Mobile, Dojo,Angular JS, and React JS Experience with continuous integrationtechnologies: Jenkins or QuickBuild and GitHub Knowledge orexperience in the application configuration Service OrientedArchitecture - SOAP / REST Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/BootstrapRapid prototyping Extensive experience working in an AGILE workflowmodel.
