    Description
    • Handle End To End Recruitment Process.
    • Research and data gathering about client organizations.
    • Create list of target companies, Suitable industries and maintain research data in software
    • Collect Requirement information from the client and create positions with accurate details.
    • Source profiles from various job portals, Bulk emails,Job Posting, Linked in Sourcing.
    • Screen the suitable candidates from various responses received from Job Posting,Bulk emails.
    • Contact suitable candidates and try to convince them to apply for the position.
    • Lead Generation & Referral making
    • Once a shortlisting is received from the client, coordinate with the client and candidate for interview process till the final selection.
    • Once the candidate is offered, facilitate candidate for relieving process and provide regular updates to the client till joining of the candidate.
    • Maintain all communication with client and candidate in the software.


    Requirements

    • B / BBA / B.M.S. / B.C.A. / BA / M / B.E. / B.Tech /M / M.Sc / M.A. / MBA (HR) / MSW/ MHRM/ MHRD / MLW / MSW / Any Graduate
    • Candidate must have Good communication skills in English
    • Candidate must have research capabilities to understand requirements from various industries (IT, Chemical, Pharma, Engineering, EPC, Consulting services)
