• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Supplier Sourcing Management As the Manager Supplier Sourcing Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and acquire suppliers in China and Other Countries.
• This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Chinese market, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 46 years of experience in supplier sourcing or procurement, with a focus on China
• Deep understanding of the Chinese market, including supplier landscape and industry regulations
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring suppliers in China
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and supply chain management software

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and acquire suppliers in China
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a reliable and highquality supply chain
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers, ensuring costeffective procurement
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and emerging technologies in supplier sourcing
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Legal, to optimize supplier selection and performance
