5. Assistin ContactingCandidates:
   • SupportRecruiters in reaching out to and engaging withcandidates.
     

Requirements

• MBAHR MSW HR MA HRM or any degree with a passion forHR.
  
• Positiveattitude strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to acollaborative teamenvironment.
  
• Demonstratedcreativity in candidate sourcingstrategies.
  
• Leadershipqualities and the ability to takeinitiatives.
  
• Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.
