    Description

    Construction Phase:-

    • Project Planning & Project Scheduling
    • On-Site Execution Stakeholder management, Quality Management, Time Management, Cost Management
    • Project Coordination with all the concerned stakeholders
    • Project Monitoring & Control (With respect to Time, Cost, Quality & Risks)
    • Document Control (Project Execution Plan, MOMs, Progress Reports, Delay logs, Risk Registers, Drawing Registers, Drawing Tracker, RFIs tracker, Approval trackers, Cost & Budget related trackers, Tracking of MSP schedule with respect to baseline, Material Inspection Checklists, Work Inspection Checklists, Site Notes, Site Instructions, RA bill tracker)
    • Certification of contractor bills in-line with actual progress

    Post-Construction Phase:-

    • Testing & Commissioning of Services
    • Helping Client with move-in and after move-in teething issues
    • Snags identification and closure
    • Handing Over Taking Over Processes
    • Final bill reconciliation

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's degree (B.E/B. Tech) in Civil & Mechanical from College or University and/or equivalent related experience.

    Prior Project Management experience is preferred.

    COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

    OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

    Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.
