clients across the globe. They operate across geographies, with sales and delivery centers in India,

the Philippines, and the USA. These offices provide clients (businesses) with strategic assistance and

placement (marketing) services.

Job position: HR Executive,

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 2PM to 11PM

Working Days: 5 days a week

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

Experience of handling employee strength of 100 or above

Attendance & Payroll Management

Recruitment of Staff as per company requirement.

To co-ordinate with HR consultant.

To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates.

To update & maintain all HR related records.

Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures & Performance Management System.

Employee Engagement Activities

Establish system for Training & Development of Staff Members.

Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance.

Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, Procedures, and policies.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Ability to work individually.

Outstanding leadership skills.

Good presentation and consulting abilities.
