SALESMANAGER
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES: Handlingteam of PreSales Executives Train PreSalesExecutives for Product & Services of the Company.
Training for Sales skill. Developing indepthknowledge of customer products and services to make suitablerecommendationstoCustomers.
Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets withrespect to sales. Attending client meetingsset up by the presales team understanding client requirements needanalysis. Providing detailed product demosconducting closure meetings negotiating and closingleads. Engage in proactive outboundactivities which include events cold calls follow up calls emailsand recycleold/nonresponsive/deadleads.
Coordinate with the client andimplementation team to ensure projects go live with in thecommitted time framealong with all thecustomisations requested by the client.
Maintaining a good rapport with the clients and ensuring clientretention and regular AMC payments.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers toencourage referenceleads.
PERSONALCOMPETENCIES:
Required Exp:35 Years Bachelor's orAssociate's degree in Marketing Communications BusinessAdministration Computers or relatedfield ispreferred. Experience working as a SalesManager is essential. Preferably is SoftwareSales. Proficiency in all Microsoft Officeapplications. Strong negotiation andconsultative sales skills. Excellentorganizational and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication skills. Good interpersonal presentationSkill Exceptional customer serviceskills
