    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Senior Structure Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr. Structure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all structural engineering projects to ensure their successful completion. This is a full-time position based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
    • Proven experience as a Sr. Structure Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience
    • Proficient in structural analysis software and design tools
    • Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and techniques
    • Experience in railway projects is preferred
    • Excellent project management and leadership skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise all structural engineering projects from concept to completion
    • Review and evaluate project deliverables, plans, and specifications
    • Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop and implement design solutions
    • Perform structural analyses and calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
    • Manage and oversee the preparation of technical drawings and documentation
    • Lead and participate in design and coordination meetings
    • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
    • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
    • Stay updated with new technologies and advancements in structural engineering
