    Experience: 5+ years

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    - Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java technologies.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
    - Engage in the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
    - Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, resolving technical problems efficiently.
    - Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
    - Stay updated on the latest Java development trends to enhance existing solutions.
    - Mentor junior developers, provide technical expertise, and foster professional growth.
    - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine software requirements and enhance development processes.
    - Work with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software.

    Skills Required:

    - Proficient in Java programming language (preferably Java 11) and Spring framework.
    - Expertise in developing web applications and services using Java technologies.
    - Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks.
    - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
    - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
    - Proficient in JUnit testing framework.
    - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
    - Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

    Preferred Skills:

    - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
    - Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
    - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
    - Experience with NoSQL databases and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.

    Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
