    Position Overview:

    In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for spearheading critical projects, facilitating strategic planning efforts, and optimizing operational efficiency to support our company's growth trajectory.

    He/she should play a strategic role in steering a company's expansion efforts, focusing on identifying and nurturing opportunities that increase revenue and enhance market presence. This also involves a blend of analytics, creativity, and business acumen to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    The position ensures the organization remains agile and responsive to changing market dynamics, fostering sustainable long-term growth.

    Responsibilities:

    · Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Spearheaded cross-functional teams to execute vital projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with the founder's vision.

    · Strategic Planning: Play a pivotal role in strategic planning initiatives, providing insights and analysis to drive key decisions and fuel organizational growth.

    · Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor progress on strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to the founder and senior management.

    · Liaison with Departments: Serve as the primary liaison between the founder and various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

    · Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of portfolio companies, proactively resolving issues as they arise to maintain operational excellence.

    · Expansion Strategy: Lead the expansion of portfolio companies through data-driven decision-making on market entry and strategic go-to-market planning.

    · Innovation and SOPs: Actively explore new ideas and initiatives to drive growth, establishing standard operating procedures to foster the development of portfolio companies.

    Requirement:

    o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

    o Proven track record of success in operations and strategy roles, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

    o Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

    o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

    o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    o Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
