    Total5 years of Exp with Min 2 years of experience in managing teams inUS Mortgage Servicingoperations

    US Mortgage in Active Servicing Strong knowledge in Taxes EssentialSkills- Expert in US Mortgage lender's policies, guidelines andprocedures (loan to value, debt to income, collateral review,compliance review) Having work experience in active or defaultservicing processes Team mentoring & coaching individualassociates who may fall below desired performance Ability to build& motivate teams Ability to manage Client escalations andmaintain good client relationships Sound knowledge in US mortgageguidelines and documents Should be able to interact with theclients and understand their requirements, articulate the same tothe team and ensure that every requirements are met.
