- Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- 8+ years of experience developing ITSM/ITIL processes and solutions.
- 10+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility as a ServiceNow expert.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certificate.
- Evaluates new features in the platform with ServiceNow releases and leads all upgrade projects.
- Defines coding standards and integration best practices.
- Reviews all changes to the platform at design and code levels as part of the Change control process.
- Demonstrates very good documentation skills.
