    Role Description

    Amenify is seeking an experienced Franchise Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our franchising business in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise management, demonstrating exceptional skills in franchisee support, training, and operational excellence. As a Franchise Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint by identifying potential franchisees, ensuring brand compliance, and implementing strategies for sustained growth.

    Qualifications

    • Develop and implement a strategic plan to recruit, onboard, and support franchisees across India.
    • Ensure franchisees adhere to Amenify India's operational standards and service quality, maintaining the brand's reputation.
    • Conduct training programs for franchisees and their staff to ensure consistent service delivery across all locations.
    • Monitor franchisee performance, providing guidance and support to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Establish effective communication channels between the company and franchisees to facilitate knowledge sharing and problem resolution.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
    • Liaise with the marketing team to support franchisees in local promotional activities and brand building efforts.

    Mandatory Criteria

    • Proven experience in managing a franchise operation, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong understanding of the franchising business model and regulatory environment in India.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with franchisees.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results and business growth.
