    Head of Sales Marketing - Lucknow, India - Max Healthcare

    Description

    JOB PURPOSE

    Max Healthcare, Lucknow is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to drive Sales & Marketing initiatives and foster growth and revenue targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for meeting revenue targets aligned with annual unit budgets.
    • Collaborate with unit Head to devise Sales plans based on business objectives.
    • Strategize to enhance preferred channel business and revenue mix.
    • Prepare Sales forecasts to support strategic planning and goal attainment.
    • Ensure timely implementation of Sales plans, upcountry activities, and market initiatives.
    • Manage sales budget and analyze ROI on activations.
    • Nurture relationships with MECP doctors, PSU, and corporate accounts, and drive new activations.
    • Coordinate with clinicians to enhance business development activities and footfall.
    • Engage clinical talent in collaboration with Unit head.
    • Stay informed about market dynamics and monitor competitive landscape.
    • Develop programs to boost community engagement.
    • Ensure team retention, motivation, and performance management.
    • Contribute to team training, talent development, and management.
    • Work closely with marketing team to plan promotional events, camps, and corporate engagements.
    • Support any other activities essential for Unit growth and business needs.

    Qualification:

    Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing with specialization in Sales and Marketing.

    Experience:

    Over 15 years of relevant experience, ideally as a channel lead/sales lead for a minimum of three years.
