    Job Title: Product Manager – Travel Insurance

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in insurance product design (travel insurance experience preferred) to lead the development of travel insurance products. You will design, optimize, and drive the success of products that meet customer needs and business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of travel insurance products, ensuring they align with market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovative product features and enhancements.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to bring product ideas to life, from conceptualization through to launch and post-launch optimization.
    • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing improvements. Continuously iterate and improve products based on customer feedback and performance data.
    • Customer-Centric Design: Develop and refine customer personas, ensuring the product offerings address customer pain points and deliver exceptional user experiences.
    • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all products are designed in compliance with relevant insurance regulations and risk management standards.
    • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to stakeholders and leadership, maintaining alignment with the company's broader business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in insurance product design (general insurance is also okay).
    • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, especially travel insurance.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
