    About IAM Engineer Role

    As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's initiatives to strengthen identity governance and administration practices. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless onboarding of applications and implementing/maintaining IAM tools and solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supporting Identity Governance Initiatives: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies for effective identity governance, ensuring that access management practices are secure and compliant.
    • IAM Tools and Solutions Implementation: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Oracle Identity, and Microsoft Azure AD.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of IAM solutions, promoting a culture of security and compliance throughout the organization.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Basic Understanding of IAM Concepts: Familiarity with protocols such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, SOAP, REST, and SCIM is essential.
    • Familiarity with IAM Platforms: Experience working with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Oracle Identity, and Microsoft Azure AD is required.
    • Entry-Level Experience: 0–1 years of experience in IAM or a related role is necessary for this position.
