    RoleOverview:
    Weare seeking an experienced HR Head to lead the HR function at ourKIM location. The ideal candidate will have substantial experiencein manufacturing and a comprehensive understanding of labor laws.This role entails managing a substantial workforce of over 2000employees
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Developand execute HR strategies aligned with the companys goals focusingon recruitment talent management and employeerelations.
    • Oversee the endtoend recruitmentprocess ensuring the acquisition of skilled and qualifiedpersonnel.
    • Implement effective HR policies andprocedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and industryregulations.
    • Handle employee grievancesdisciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair andconsistent manner.
    • Collaborate with departmentheads to drive employee engagement initiatives and promote apositive work culture.
    • Manage performanceappraisal systems and training programs to enhance employee skillsandproductivity.

    Requirements:
    • Provenexperience as an HR Head or a similar senior HR role in amanufacturing setup within the solar or relatedindustry.
    • Indepth knowledge of labor laws HRbest practices and compliancestandards.
    • Demonstrated experience in handlinga large workforce specifically managing 2000employees.
    • Strong leadership skills with theability to guide and mentor the HR teameffectively.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
    • Bachelor s or Master sdegree in Human Resources or relevantfield.
