    Job Description:

    The HR Intern position holder will work under the supervision of the Recruiting, Learning, and Development Manager to provide administrative support to the HR department. The HR intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    As an HR Intern, you must:

    • Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
    • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
    • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
    • Coordinate recruitment drives with universities as well as colleges
    • Organizing and taking part in interviews with shortlisted candidates.
    • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
    • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
    • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

    Academic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration
    • Master's degree in business administration, specialising in human resources
    • Master's degree in English/or an equivalent degree

    Key Skill Sets:

    • Must be a team player
    • Desire to learn long-term processes
    • Take up responsibilities that are of confidential nature

    This is an office-based position, with the expectation to come into the office four days a week.
