    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, configure, and implement Ignition SCADA solutions for various industrial automation projects
    • Work with industrial communication protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus
    • Develop Python scripts to automate processes and enhance system functionality
    • Implement and integrate MES systems with ERP and shop-floor devices
    • Utilize IoT platforms (e.g., Azure IoT, AWS IoT) for real-time monitoring and data acquisition
    • Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and performance improvements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives
    • Ensure high system availability and quickly resolve technical issues as they arise
    • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in industrial automation and SCADA technologies

    Key Skills Required:

    • Proficiency in Ignition SCADA software (design, configuration, and deployment)
    • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus
    • Experience in Python scripting for automation and data handling
    • Knowledge of MES systems and IoT platforms like Azure IoT or AWS IoT
    • Solid experience with databases SQL (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL), and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ignition Certification (Ignition Core, Ignition Gold, etc.)
    • Programming experience in Python , C# , or Java
    • Exposure to MES platforms such as Siemens SIMATIC IT , Rockwell FactoryTalk , or Wonderware MES
    • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments
    • Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial automation sectors
