Job summary
Responsible for overall safety on shop floor and identifying Near mis Unsafe acts & Unsafe condition Lead a team of 30 Plant associate and 20 contract associates in a shift environment Optimal utilization of resources including Manpower Material and machines Prepare weekly and daily production plan and monitor it to achieve targets in machine fabrication and assembly Responsible for self-inspection of job and entire quality of the product Ensuring stage wise assembly inspection and final inspection as per QAP to maintain quality of the product competitive in market Planning coordination within production team to discuss the delivery schedule ensuring order execution through fabrication assembly successful IO ITR Testing Trials FAT dispatch machine full Coordinating with Design Purchase PPC Projects Stores Logistics during order execution at various stages drawing issuing MRP procurement MR material issuing dispatch Capable doing risk assessment production phase machine resole problem appropriate action plan Execute NPD machines projects ACG NPD team exhibiting Innovation Cross functional teamwork Preparing weekly customer age inventory analysis report execution location conduct meeting Stores Purchase Engineering team Inventory control consumption non-moving inventory Knowledge experience Lean manufacturing tools SWOT analysis S Value Stream Mapping Work standardization Lean Material flow Identify Muda wastes manufacturing process develop Kaizens eliminate Re work Reduction Able identify Capex requirement prepare annual Capex budget production Coordination cross functional team resolve critical customer complaint implement CAPA Prepare various production MIS BSC GMI Business rules Lead cost saving project Experience ISO Key Result Areas Achieve weekly Monthly production target Timely readiness machine IFAT CFAT Complete targeted cost saving projects Gross margin Improvement Re work Reduction Kaizen development Near Mis Unsafe act unsafe condition Identification Ontime problem solving CAPA methodology Conduct monthly audit sustain score Lead time reduction If interested please share profile manjiri-
