- Understanding of key design principles
- Proficiency with hand-coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, c#, Razor and MVC
- Proficiency working with code libraries: Bootstrap, jQuery etc.
- Understanding of CSS box-model and application rules essential
- Experience with design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Audition, Premier, Lightroom
- Experience with approaches such as, Responsive and Adaptive Design, Mobile First, and, Progressive Enhancement
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Understanding and experience developing in a variety of application environments
- Should have 7 – 10 years of experience managing complex projects involving Umbraco
- Should be experienced on CMS tools and be able to contribute on design discussions
- Umbraco Certified Profession or Umbraco Certified Expert certification is good to have
- Understanding Cloud technologies will be a big plus
- Good problem-solving approach
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate conceptual thinking, initiative, pro-activity, persistence and innovation.
- Able to maintain influence and forge strong working relationships with client delivery stakeholders
- The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
