    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
    • Monitor, analyze, and improve website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
    • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headings, and other technical elements for search engines.
    • Stay updated with algorithm updates and implement best practices to maintain high search rankings.

    Performance Marketing:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
    • Analyze performance metrics and create actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
    • Manage and optimize budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
    • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Identify trends and insights to develop data-driven strategies.
    • Use analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize the conversion funnel.

    Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    Experience: Proven experience in SEO and/or performance marketing (5+ years).

    Skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and ranking factors; expertise in paid advertising platforms and bid strategies; analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce platforms or SaaS companies; certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms; familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
