Job summary

Build and manage the sales pipeline by closely working with prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle—from qualifying leads to closing deals. Understand customer business challenges, identify their impact, and position Autoplant's offerings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the solution delivery/implementation team to design the best project plans during the sales process.
  • Drive B2B sales with a focus on IoT-based solutions.
  • Develop expertise in supply chain and logistics processes.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: BCA, B.Tech (IT), MCA, BSc (Computer Science), PGDM
  • Nice to have: MBA (Marketing)

Skills

  • Ability to engage with all levels of client organizations (CIOs, Business/Department Heads).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Product/solution selling expertise with technical knowledge.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach.
