Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage export operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and documentation requirements
• Handle end-to-end shipment processes, including import and export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on orders and resolving any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient export processes
• Monitor and track shipments, keep records of all transactions, and prepare reports on export activities
• Stay updated with international trade laws, regulations, and trade agreements to ensure compliance
• Handle customer follow-up and maintain excellent communication throughout the export process
• Identify potential export opportunities and explore new markets to increase business growth
