    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Territory Manger. This role is responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving business goals within your designated region.

    The key focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders, monitoring competitor information, and understanding prescription trends within the pharmaceutical industry.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for promoting new products by executing the Product Management Team's marketing strategy, analysing market trends, consulting with doctors on new product potential, and relaying feedback to the Product Management Team.
    • You will monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring the accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives.
    • You will manage customer relationship by establishing strong connections, addressing queries promptly using Infoginip, and tracking return on investment per customer to foster a loyal customer base.
    • You will meet Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Key Business Leader (KEL) frequently to pursue them for Continuing Medical Education (CME) with the company.
    • You will prepare product matrices depending on doctor's potential and preference, and decide which product will fit their needs.
