Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Power BI Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Power BI dashboards and reports, collecting and analyzing data to generate actionable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements. Additional responsibilities include optimizing data visualization best practices, ensuring data security and accuracy, and troubleshooting technical issues related to Power BI.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Strong experience in processing and analyzing complex data sets
- Knowledge of data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query
- Familiarity with SQL and database management for data integration and analysis
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand business requirements
- Experience in industries like education or technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
