    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support marketing strategies

    2. Work on preparing surveys, analyzing data from customer feedback, and summarizing findings in reports

    3. Communicate with current and potential clients is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships

    4. Assist in drafting and sending regular updates, newsletters, and personalized communications to keep clients informed about the firm's latest offerings, changes in accounting laws, and other relevant news

    5. Coordinate the collection of client feedback through surveys, phone calls, or digital platforms to understand their satisfaction levels and areas needing improvement

    6. Analyze this data to suggest enhancements in services or communication strategies

    7. Support email marketing campaigns from start to finish

    8. Work on drafting emails, managing recipient lists, running tests, and analyzing performance metrics like open rates and conversions
