    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our team at Tejasva Industries. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and hotels
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
    • Proficient in using travel booking software and tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexible schedule and willingness to work on weekends or holidays as required
    • Fluency in English and local languages

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide accurate information about destinations, flights, hotels, and other travel-related services
    • Book and confirm travel arrangements for customers, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Offer personalized travel advice to customers based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs
    • Stay updated with the latest travel trends, airline policies, and travel restrictions
    • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
    • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
    • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide support when needed
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and guidelines
    • Upsell travel-related products and services to generate additional revenue
