    Description
    • Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans for the year
    • Working with HR COE teams to drive HR agenda in terms of L&;D, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits & Facilities management
    • Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone Manpower planning and execution to maintain an optimum ratio of manpower to revenue and deliver flat to prior manpower cost.
    • Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone
    • Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth
    • Execute Compensation actions for the teams as per the Rewards Philosophy to retain and engage talent
    • Strengthen the Talent Pipeline in the Frontend through
    • Recruitment and Induction of the Right talent with 95% Deployment at West and Central Zone
    • Talent Management & development
    • Middle and Bottom Talent Management
    • PIP management, Review and Development
    • Employee Engagement
    • Partner with the Zonal Sales teams to Drive Planning and Employee Engagement Initiatives
    • Rewards and Recognitions on Monthly and Quarterly Basis
    • Drive other routine engagement activities including Open House Sessions with Frontlines
    • Sales HR Routines
    • Monthly MIS for MGRs, Payroll Inputs for Permanent Staff
    • Market Visit/Gate Meeting Routine to ensure regular interaction with the Sales Team
    • Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone
    • Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone
