- Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans for the year
- Working with HR COE teams to drive HR agenda in terms of L&;D, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits & Facilities management
- Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone Manpower planning and execution to maintain an optimum ratio of manpower to revenue and deliver flat to prior manpower cost.
- Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone
- Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth
- Execute Compensation actions for the teams as per the Rewards Philosophy to retain and engage talent
- Strengthen the Talent Pipeline in the Frontend through
- Recruitment and Induction of the Right talent with 95% Deployment at West and Central Zone
- Talent Management & development
- Middle and Bottom Talent Management
- PIP management, Review and Development
- Employee Engagement
- Partner with the Zonal Sales teams to Drive Planning and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Rewards and Recognitions on Monthly and Quarterly Basis
- Drive other routine engagement activities including Open House Sessions with Frontlines
- Sales HR Routines
- Monthly MIS for MGRs, Payroll Inputs for Permanent Staff
- Market Visit/Gate Meeting Routine to ensure regular interaction with the Sales Team
- Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone
- Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone
