    Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    Utilize various channels including job boards social media and professional networks to source potential candidates.
    Review resumes and applications and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.

    Interview Coordination:
    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process providing s and gathering feedback.

    Job Postings and Advertising:
    Create engaging and informative job descriptions.
    Post job openings on relevant job boards career websites and social media platforms.

    Candidate Assessment:
    Conduct reference checks and background verifications to validate candidate information.

    Onboarding and Orientation:
    Assist in coordinating new employee onboarding activities including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.

    Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
    Prior experience or internship in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
