- Build and maintain a comprehensive list of schools in your city/town, proactively visiting them and presenting PCDS's offerings, including Teacher Training Programs.
- Act as the main point of contact between schools that sign up for PCDS services and the internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of assessments, training programs, and competitions.
- Manage logistics for educational activities, including collecting lists of participating students, ensuring timely distribution of question papers, collecting answer sheets, and providing schools with detailed analysis.
- Follow up with schools to gather feedback from students and teachers, helping PCDS identify new service opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Relationship Manager for your region, leveraging their guidance and support to enhance your effectiveness.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key school stakeholders to drive engagement and ensure the success of PCDS programs.
- Willingness to work on a freelance basis, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on commission.
