• 8 years of strong product development experience including automation, CI/CD, release management, production monitoring & alerting.
• Good understanding of MicroServices and Cloud Architecture, containerisation for large scale distributed internet systems.
• 3+ years of experience of leading and managing a team of 510 engineers.
• Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Proficient in setting and managing SLAs and have proven experience in implementing and managing them in startup / engineering organizations.
• Technical background, with understanding or handson experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent Java / Python programming and debugging skills and experience with developing detailed technology architecture.
• Experience and knowledge of opensource software, frameworks and broader cuttingedge technologies around server side development in Java / Python.
• Good understanding of frontend terminology (Angular, React, Mobile Apps etc) and experience in managing new age web application development with JavaScript Framework based Frontend.
• Strong understanding of objectoriented design, design patterns and their application, databases, caching technologies.
• Good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.
• Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
