This Technical Leader role involves providing analysis & design model (High Level Design) / Architecture and direction for a project Own Analysis & Design model (HLD) or architecture of a project Ensure quality of technical deliverables of a project
Responsibilities
- Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements challenges and expectations
- Understand customer end user requirement both explicit and implicit Ensure quality of deliverables to satisfaction customer end user expectation Support functional requirements gathering Ensure all non-functional requirement captured Understanding requirements line with overall project scope Develop own Architect / High Level design Ensure high quality technical deliverables Work Analyst designer Senior developers ensure detailed design per architecture standards meets all requirement Work developer implementation development code per design standards meets requirement Assist PO Architect developing detailed project plan Assist Project Lead successful execution project estimation dependency identification reviews customer satisfaction etc Adherence standards guidelines Peer reviews Ensure on-time delivery allocated tasks Support software deployment post go-live activities Root cause analysis corrective measures defects issues identified Contribute Organizational knowledge base bringing reusability reducing operational cost Quality deliverables defined SLK Process reduce re-work Contribute reusable code components Guide mentor Analyst Designer development team perform job efficiently Conducting reviews team members work assigned resolve issues concerns deliverables Help Project owner identifying allocating right resources considering needs skill set aptitude resources Team Collaboration Learning initiatives plan Explore new technology trends apply scenarios delivering value team customer Organization Be appraised trends technology domain solution
