    Position Overview :


    As a Full Stack Developer at Pro PMO, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge applications by combining the art of design with the art of programming.

    You will work closely with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our web applications, focusing on high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly experiences using and


    Key Responsibilities :

    Frontend Development :

    • Design and develop userfacing features using
    • Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
    • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.

    Backend Development :

    • Develop and maintain scalable serverside logic using
    • Design and implementation of lowlatency, highavailability, and performant applications.
    • Integration of userfacing elements developed by frontend developers with serverside logic.

    Database and API Integration :

    • Implement security and data protection.
    • Integrate data storage solutions, which may include databases, keyvalue stores, blob stores, etc.
    • Develop and maintain APIs to support web or mobile applications.

    Collaboration and Project Management :
    Work with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand the requirements and deliver solutions.


    • Participate in code reviews to maintain highquality code standards.
    • Assist in the estimation of project timelines and contribute to the agile development process.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of projects.
    • Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and specifically
    • Strong proficiency in backend development using and frameworks available for it (e.g., Express, StrongLoop, etc.).
    • Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating thirdparty services.
    • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
    • Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
    • Understanding of database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), and their integration into web applications.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

    Desired Skills :

    • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures.
    • Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
    • Knowledge of modern development practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and automated testing.
    • Experience with ProSki or similar technologies for capability measurement and professional tracking is a plus.
