    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide assistance and resolve issues
    • Understand customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers and going above and beyond to meet their needs
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
    • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate information to customers
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service delivery
    • Meet individual and team performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational success
