    **Job Description:**

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Analyst to join our team. As an IT Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.

    • Monitor and analyze security logs generated by applications, devices, and other systems to identify potential security risks and take corrective action as needed.
    • Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
    • Work with the global IT Security team to analyze, test, and recommend tools to strengthen the security posture of the organization.

    **Required Skills and Qualifications:**

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
    • Knowledge of complex Windows environments and various security frameworks such as NIST/ISO27001.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
