Brief Job Description:
Monitor the performance of QNXT servers and related services.
Contribute to analyzing root causes associated with incidents, participating, or leading in problem management initiatives.
Utilize expertise in QNXT/QNXT data model, QNXT core batches, and SQL.Experience in EDI process and knowledge of 837,834, 278,271, 820 etc.
Hands-on experience in QNXT production support activities such as job monitoring, resolution of failures, and production deployment on SQL and SSIS.Utilize ServiceNow for incident resolution, timesheet management, and completing requests.
Engage in QNXT system implementation roles including analyzing requirements, designing, developing, unit testing, and documenting test results for QNXT interfaces and reports.
Possess exposure and basic understanding of core QNXT functions such as claims, membership, and provider, along with working knowledge of underlying data models.
Facilitate effective coordination and communication with onsite teams for technical clarifications and ensure quality deliverables and support system integration testing by testing teams.
Analyze, solve, and rectify issues in real-time and provide suggestions for solutions.Experience with SSIS and ETL processes will be advantageous.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
