    Key responsibilities

  • Support deployment of the strategic roadmap of the Global Finance Transition program for the region aligned with, covering areas within the process) which will entail revamping the Maersk Finance organization spread over ~130 countries, covering finance professionals, across Region and GSC Finance teams
  • Partner with the Regional Leads across business units to deploy the Finance Transition roadmapOwn the Migration of work from regions into GSC FinanceEnable design and implementation of Global standard processes.Ensure adherence to the Global program Budget (SG&A cost) towards realization of overall business benefit
  • Participate in Pre-transition workshops to gain further insight and fine-tune the solution to meet stakeholders stated and unstated needs and develop and refine stakeholder engagement strategies with senior leadership expectations and relationship management practices
  • Support all Change management initiatives to identify & act on all potential areas requiring focus and dedicated efforts towards aligning global organization as per the new vision
  • Leading the reviews and evaluating success on the engagement framework for regional transitions. Engage with stakeholders to continuously monitor progress against the engagement framework. Agree, align and monitor action plans to keep project engagement at the highest levels. Lead regular meetings to track and communicate the project progress and seek alignment on changes to project scope to deliver to the agreed project objectives. Foresee, assess, communicate, and mitigate project & process risks to impacted parties

  • Required experience & skills

  • Post-graduate preferably management degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years' transition experience with about 6-10 years in large scale Business Transitions, Migrations and acquisitions
  • Should have proven experience in successfully executing Global transitions, obtaining senior stakeholders signoffs, ensuring effective Governance and seamless execution of the overall programs
  • Exposure to project management tools and technologies, familiarity with any of the major ERP platforms. Strong program and project management skills and digital mindset
  • Build positive relationships with the client on a bedrock of project, Change / Risk -based conversations
  • Participated in complex Migration projects within a Shared Service environment
  • Ability to engage with Global CXO level stakeholders and obtain buy-in for complex and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills and experience in engaging & presenting to senior executives regularly, participate in steer-co.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, coach, evaluate and mentor high performing Global teams
