As a Senior OdooDeveloper at Thoughtlogik youll play a key role in designingimplementing and maintaining Odoo based solutions for our clients.Youll work closely with our project managers business analysts andother developers to deliver highquality scalable software solutionsthat meet our clientsneeds.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Leadthe design and development of Odoo modules and customizations tomeet clientrequirements.
  
• Collaboratewith project managers and business analysts to gather and analyzerequirements propose solutions and provideestimates.
  
• Utilizestrong technical skills to customize and develop Odoo modules basedon the specific needs of the organization. Ensure that thedeveloped solutions align with industry best practices and meetqualitystandards.
  
• Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to juniordevelopers.
  
• Conductcode reviews to ensure code quality performance and adherence tobestpractices.
  
• Troubleshootand resolve issues in existing Odooimplementations.
  
• Staycurrent on Odoo development best practices tools andtechnologies.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
  
• 2 to5 years of experience developing and customizing Odooapplications.
  
• Strongproficiency in Python programminglanguage.
  
• Experiencewith PostgreSQLdatabase.
  
• Solidunderstanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript andXML.
  
• Experiencewith version control systems such asGit.
  
• Excellentproblemsolving and debuggingskills.
  
• Strongcommunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively withclients and crossfunctionalteams.
  
• Odoocertification.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relatedfield. 2 to 5 years of experience developing and customizing Odooapplications.
