Job summary
The incumbent is expected to collaborate with the other members of leadership team,to ensure that assets are developed in line with and perform up to underwriting estimates.
This encompasses all commercial/business aspects of the project including decisions on master planning,
leasing, development and operations.
The role thus require you to be owner of the asset under your span of control
and evaluate the asset from projects, leasing, compliance, and Investment returns perspective.
