    Handling Statutory compliance .

    ESI and PF Challans generation and deposit on Time.

    Payroll management, compliance.

    Joining and exit formalities.

    Handling Corporate Insurance.

    Designing the HR Policy.

    Event management.

    Reconciliation of the compliance co-ordinate with the account Team.

    Inventory MIS.

    Handling Pre and Post grievances of the employee salary. Should be frequent in excel.
