    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Tele Sales Representative. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
    • Ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone
    • Good negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
    • Basic computer skills
    • Proactive and target-oriented attitude
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
    • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
    • Explain product features and benefits to customers and answer their queries
    • Convince customers to make a purchase and close sales deals over the phone
    • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings
    • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
    • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system
