Asa Trainer for Electric Vehicle Service Technicians you will beresponsible for designing implementing and delivering trainingprograms to educate technicians on EV technology safety proceduresand best practices for servicing electric vehicles.

You will play apivotal role in ensuring that technicians are proficient indiagnosing and repairing various components ofEVs.

Responsibility


CurriculumDevelopment:

Designand develop training curricula that cover a wide range of topicsrelated to electric vehicles including EV systems batterytechnology charging infrastructure and safetyprotocols.

TrainingDelivery:
Conducttraining sessions workshops and practical demonstrations to educatetechnicians on EV maintenance diagnostics and repairtechniques.

Utilizea combination of classroom instruction handson practical exercisesand virtual trainingmethods.


ResourceDevelopment:
Createtraining materials including manuals presentations and videos tosupport the trainingprogram.

Maintainand update training materials to reflect the latest advancements inEVtechnology.


SafetyTraining:
Ensurethat technicians understand and follow safety procedures whenworking with highvoltage EVsystems.

Provideinstruction on handling emergency situations involving EVssafely.


TechnicalSupport:
Offerongoing technical support and guidance to technicians to addressquestions or challenges they encounter during EVservicing.


AssessmentandCertification:
Developand administer assessments to evaluate the proficiency oftrainees.

Issuecertifications to technicians who successfully complete thetrainingprogram.


StayInformed:
Keepuptodate with the latest developments in the EV industry toincorporate new information and best practices into trainingprograms.

Requirements

Collaboration:

Workclosely with automotive dealerships EV manufacturers and otherstakeholders to tailor training programs to meet specificneeds.


Documentation:

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professionalcertification such as CA, CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years)in internal auditing, with a focus on payroll, revenue, orfinancial processes. 3.
