    We arelooking for Agency Development Managerwho will be responsible for leading and motivating a team ofinsurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

    Roles andResponsibilities:

    • Recruitingscreening and training newagents.
    • Analyzing performanceand drawing up actionplans.
    • Establishing strongrelationships with staff andclients.
    • Ensuring all staffexercise good timemanagement.
    • Obeying agencyregulations guidelines policies and ensuring staff do thesame.
    • Researching currentindustry/market trends and using knowledge for businessimprovement.

    Qualification:

    • Any graduate (Postgraduate prefer)
    • Age range: 22 to 38Years
    • 2 years proven experience ininsurance sales
    • Must be localcandidate
