    Business Development Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at {company}. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to convert leads into customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Convert leads received through various marketing channels into customers.
    • Develop short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve assigned goals.
    • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
    • Utilize the existing customer base to identify references and increase the sales pipeline.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships.

    Requirements:

    • 6 months to 4 years of sales experience.
    • Graduation degree from any field with technical EdTech experience or selling certification programs.

    • Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹7,30,000 per annum (including incentives).
    • Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
    • Shift: Day Shift.
