Job Description
We are currently seeking a Video Editor with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to bolster our team. The Video Editor will be tasked with the responsibility of editing and producing top-tier video content that aligns with our organizations requirements and standards. This role will encompass a wide range of projects, such as promotional videos, marketing materials, educational content, and more.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Craft visually dynamic and captivating content by skillfully editing video footage, which includes cutting, trimming, sequencing clips, and incorporating transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics.

2. Motion Graphics: Elevate video content with the creation and integration of motion graphics, animations, and special effects through Adobe After Effects.

3. Sound Editing: Maintain superior audio quality by adjusting levels, adding music, sound effects, and voiceovers where necessary.

4. Color Correction: Enhance the visual aesthetics of videos by adjusting colors, contrast, and brightness in Adobe Premiere Pro.

5. File Management: Implement and uphold a structured file management system for video assets and project files.

6. Quality Control: Review and ensure that final video outputs adhere to quality and brand standards.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including graphic designers, content creators, and project managers, to attain project objectives.

8. Staying Current: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance video editing skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• Completion of a Bachelors degree in Film Production, Multimedia, VISCOM, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  
• A proven track record of over 2 years as a Video Editor, showcasing expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects through a robust portfolio. Freshers can also apply for this role.
  
• Proficiency in video and audio editing, motion graphics, and color correction.
  

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  
• Thorough understanding of video production processes and industry best practices.
  
• Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and exporting methods.
  
• Familiarity with video cameras, equipment, and lighting techniques.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities within project parameters.
