- Strong understanding of sales strategies, operational processes, financial management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational functions with overall business objectives.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven decisionmaking approach.
